初版の日本語訳を読みました。Amazonのサイトで本書を見て、安売りしていたので思わず購入。初版とは事例が変わっていて、かなり書き直されているので別の本みたいでした。CBTも進歩してより洗練されていっているということなんでしょうね。本書の日本語訳が出ても、初版も読んだほうがCBTの進歩がわかっていいと思います。 その後更に値下がりしていましたが、満足度が高かったので損した気分にはなっていません。
