ABS Double Solar-Cable-Entry-Gland-Housing, Weatherproof Cable Entry Plate for All Cable Types 4mm² to 12mm² for Solar Project Installation on RV Camper Van Travel Trailer Boat Solar Panels

I installed this on my Ford Transit with 2 10 AWG wires for my solar going through it. I orginally bought the wrong solar wires that already had the connectors on them so I had to return them for the ones that didn't have the connectors and it worked perfectly. I applied the butyl tape around the flat part of the bottom and them applied the self-leveling lap sealant around the perimeter of the housing. It looks water tight and I don't expect any leaks to happen for the forseeable futuer. Great product.

Fitted this to my van roof over two years ago using three small self tappers (and a load of mastik sealant) to cover the input wires from my solar panel where they enter the roof skin. So far the housing has stood up very well to the elements and the occasional bird strike, still looks as new with the colour holding fast and the integrity seems fine under UK sunlight. The flange around the base is plenty big enough to allow for screw or glue/silicon fixing and the glands are great to allow the cables to pass through without too much fuss. Really tidies up and helps to waterproof the cable entry points. I'm pleased with it and would buy another when required.

Really robust construction, with quality compression washers. Attached with Tiger Seal and screws for a completely waterproof fit. Aerodynamic and low profile. Very good quality.

Used these for the penatrations on my Micro camper. Saved me alot of time and looks better than just putting alot of silicone up there.
