Initially squirts didn't seem to do anything. BTW, I have suffered since I was a newborn. I stuck with this product because it was recommended by a pharmacist friend. Finally I've achieved AMAZING results. In my experience, if you spray into a wet nostril, it doesn't get properly absorbed. Of course you are going to blow your nose before squirting. The trick is, afterwards, squeeze your nose with two fingers, like you were going underwater. Ahhh, that technique greatly improved absorption. It did take a few days, using it several times a day. Now it's pure Joy! I can breathe and really smell the roses, barbecue, and even smelly underarms.

This has been a life saver for me. I've had ear problems, itchiness and stuffiness, for years. This product finally provided relief. Costly, frequent applications, but worth it when you really need that inflammation to ease up.

And for CLUSTER HEADACHES for the hubby!! Literally lifesaving when he uses it 4-6x’s/day to PREVENT brutally painful attacks which can be triggered (among many other things) by histamine releases. So far this latest 2-3 month long Cluster Period has been the very mildest one yet as he is also using, during the day, the phenomenal Allergy ReLeaf System (made by Herb’s Etc), plus Feverfew & Boswellia Extract. Right at bedtime he takes L-Tryptophan & Melatonin. If any sinus/eye pressure still starts to build up, he drinks a LOT of water & takes 100-600 mg GABA, as needed, & very quickly uses Sinol Capsicum Pepper Nose Spray & a couple of Homeopathic Remedies that match up to his particular symptoms, like Belladonna & Sanguinara (for right-sided CH)…all which were thankfully found on & quickly delivered by Amazon!
