I extended my Google WiFi network by adding three more 2d generation access points (APs.) To avoid the chords being visible I bought a 3-pack of these AP mounts. This brand is well designed and easy to install. After inserting the AP from the back into the mount the cable fits snugly into the sleeve and wraps around four times, ending perfectly, opposite the plug, in order to plug into the AP. Then it was easy to configure it with my existing WiFi network using the Google Home app the UPC code on the back of the AP. Now I have great coverage throughout the house and perimeter.

These are great to keep an area clean and organized. The plug and cord fit nicely in the holder and when plugged in lays flat against the wall. Highly recommended if you have these router modules.

I have been considering a mesh system for our large property in Troncones, México [Casa Maya] for awhile but I was concerned how it might work or not with thick walls and large distances. I was using a variety of wifi extenders with fairly good coverage but the 4 different zones made it difficult to move around from room to room, etc. and maintain coverage. This Google wifi mesh system is amazing. I bought 2 packs of 3 and have set up 4 of them [first one becomes a router for the system-pictured in an optional mounting device and attached to my modem/router] and placed the other 3 in locations where I had previously had extenders. The setup is very easy and instantaneously I had full property and every room continuous wifi network coverage--all one big mesh zone. Some of the points are outside, but under cover. Hopefully the salt air will not destroy them too quickly. This is a great system!

Fits our Google Mesh beacons perfectly. Cords wrap up nice. They neat and tidy on the wall. You can not access the free outlet but I'm ok with that.

I’m very pleased with this Mount for a Google wifi node. It’s simple and does the job. Pros - fit - it fits the Google wifi mesh node/router perfectly. It was press fit and clicked firmly around the main body. The channel was almost the perfect length for the cord to wrap and be hidden several time. It left just a little slack which was actually kind of nice. If you see my picture of the back, you’ll see it left a little pigtail which was easily looped where it plugs in. - Cons Does not hang flat on the wall. (See pic) the piece that hold the plug should actually set a little further from the wall. Doesn’t seem to affect functionality. But if it gradually pulls the unit away from the wall (which it might) it could cause it to fall. That would be a problem for me as it’s hung in an outlet high on the wall in my shop.

Love this product. Very easy to install the Google router and provides a very clean look without any exposed wires. This also allows you to pretty much place it on any outlet instead of being limited to setting it up top of a table or desk. Great product, highly recommend.

Does what you need done. An easy way to locat your mesh unit and supply power.

Looks good, performs well and was a great find. I'd recommend it highly!
