Solid typing experience for working professionals and enthusiasts alike.
I am thrilled with this keyboard. The typing experience is seriously out of this world, it's so enjoyable.I find it a little loud for a supposed silent, "Type-S" board. However, I think it still sounds great. I would chalk that up to the fact I am coming from MX based boards that are much heavier and not made from plastic. The layout might take a bit of getting used to for some, thankfully I am coming from the Mode Designs: Tempo, a HHKB style MX board so the transition to this was incredibly fluid. The last point I'll make is that the bluetooth has been incredibly stable and reliable on my Mac.No looking back now, I am fully in on Topre switches and this fantastic plastic HHKB.

Great Keyboard
I’m a data analyst/ system programmer so I do a lot of typing 5 days out of the week, in office. This keyboard is quiet enough to not annoy any coworkers near my cubicle. The typing experience is great and I have to say I don’t miss having a 10 key or the arrow keys. I much prefer the comfortability of having most function using the function key. I also don’t accidentally hit the caps anymore when coding which is a plus. I definitely recommend for any daily programmers.

Tiny, beautiful and versatile
A beautiful, thocky and tiny keyboard. Pairs perfectly with my Mac Mini, Windows PC, Linux PC and Supernote Manta.

Keycap looks oily
The media could not be loaded. There’s a film on some of the keys that looks like an oily residue, it looks like finger grease that can’t be wiped off. While it doesn’t actually affect functionality, for a keyboard that costs $300 ,this is unacceptable.---Update---I received my replacement and there are some minor issues but I would like to ignore them. Because my typing speed just went from 80s to 100s without even trying. Magic!!

nice keyboard if you're looking for typing
Really good keyboard for long typing sessions. But Amazon sent me the wrong unit, and it took more than a month for a full refund. It's not a good experience overall

Top-Tier Productivity Gear
No rattle whatsoever, all the keys feels consistent across the board, no matter 1u or 2u or longer. My model is hybrid type-s and I'd say overall noise is on par with genuine MX-style silent switches, which are more silent than many genuine membrane keyboards or laptop built-in keyboards.Software (obtainable through HHKB official website) enables modification of keymap which binds to the specific dip combo in use so one could have multiple custom keymaps at hand. The HHKB layout certainly require some time to get used to, but if you're familiar with touch typing it would probably get better within days, after which one would be mesmerized by being able to not leaving the home row at all.As for gaming, if you're like me playing games in which all of alt, numbers, and the F row are used quite frequently, you might find the layout a bit too cramped and require too many combo keys, though. It's more of a productivity board.

Be careful there's No arrow keys!
I got recommended by a friend about this so-called 'top-notch' keyboard. I really want to like this keyboard. But soon I figured out there's no 'arrow keys' on the first layer. I tried to learn from some of the posts that it will be more productive with their designs. But I tried very hard, and still this is one of the most terrible designs of the keyboards i.e. trying to change such a really straightforward feature to an indirection layer, and force customers' to change. As a result, I would not recommend this keyboard to any of the serious developers. After many years, they still don't add the arrow keys to the keyboard, also showing how ignorance of the manufacture .
