This set is really nice, at least compared with what we were using - sticks from the backyard. I'll briefly compare the two so you can decide which you'd prefer sticks (from a tree) or Sumpri (Marshmallow roasting sticks) Category: Winner Reason / Comments Cost: Sticks. Sticks and stones may break your bones but they're free. Quality: Sumpri Sticks feel sturdy, but the Sumpri are straighter and don't burn in fire. Because metal. Storage: Sumpri They take up less space and fit neatly together. Sticks end up in weird places (thanks, kids). Versatility: Sumpri This was close. Sticks can also become part of the fire whereas Sumpri can't. But still... Health: Sumpri Anyone who's tried knows that washing sticks isn't easy. The Sumpri are easy to clean. Ease of use: Sumpri The little knob is such a great idea! Why don't tree sticks have these?? Overall: Sumpri Hands-down winner here, even though tree sticks are free. The Sumpri set is worth the price! I hope this comparison is helpful for you. Many nights I looked up in the sky and wondered if I should keep using the sticks that fall from our big tree... how does the tree feel about that? And what if I'm picked to go to Mars? Do they have tree sticks on Mars? So I decided to try the Sumpri sticks, and I'm glad I did. I'll update this if something changes. ...unless they don't have wifi on Mars yet.

These little camp forks are pretty great. They fit two regular sized marshmallows and extend the perfect distance from my chair to the fire pit. The fork design even had a little rotation disc near the handle that allows you to rotate your fork without twisting it over and over, GENIUS! I felt like the price was very fair and cleanup was incredibly easy. I just ran some hot water over the tines and when the residue dissolved I washed it with dish soap. Easy!

These are the perfect roasting sticks, they are stout so you aren't afraid the hotdog will break them, the extend and even extended they are still stout. The best part though is you can rotate them with your thumb while you hold onto the handle! Like that seems small, but its so handy to get the perfect hotdog or marshmallow or whatever else you might want evenly roasted over an open fire! If you are roasting with anything else, you clearly don't care about life... its the only thing that makes sense.

These are very nice quality! The colors are nice and the handles are actually wood. They are easy to use. They come in a nice little bag and take up no room at all.. I was worried about storing another thing in my house! I gave four stars because they are not very long and they are slightly dangerous for kids. These can only be used on a small camp fire. Not anything bigger or it’s too hot. Also they are EXTREMELY sharp. We bought these for our kids to use and it was a little scary to be honest. Even my husband who is very laid back was concerned! He is going to file the tips down a little so they are a little safer for the kids to use. I thought I would warn people about that. Other than that they are great little tools for camping!

These roasting sticks are SO COOL. Unlike my last set, these telescope out from a compact pack to long sturdy sticks for roasting which keeps kids back away from the flames while roasting hot dogs or marshmallows and make packing up easy. The wooden handles are sturdy and give kids and adults a good grip on their stick. The colored handles also end the "that's mine" fights. I like that I can turn my food with a dial for even roasting. The polished fork tines are easy to clean and come with rubber tips for safe handling. These roasting sticks are innovative and add an upscale touch to backyard fun.

This is a perfect marshmallow roaster. Love the different colors and the way it expands and then shrinks back to fit in the bag. Nice ends with covers to keep them safer on use. Love the rotating mechanism for the fork easily rotate the marshmallows while cooking in a distance. Just perfect for roasting marshmallows

Perfect for cooking hotdogs and s’mores over a fire pit. The rotating function, variety of colors,, ability to collapse and store, protective tips and zippered case are great. Family members were so impressed they also purchased this item. Highly recommend.

I am thoroughly impressed by how well designed and useful these roasting sticks have been. We had no trouble roasting up to four marshmallows per stick [i.e. two per side] as well as one hotdog per stick. The kids were safe from the heat of the campfire as the roasting sticks could be extended up to 34 inches. In addition, the sticks were lightweight. The 360 degree dial is a clever addition to the design. Using one thumb, the food could be rotated accordingly for even cooking. Once we were done, it was easy to clean the sticks with soap and water i.e. not using a dishwasher because it is not recommended by the manufacturer. The sticks could then be retracted back to 10 inches and stored in the handy fabric bag that comes with the product. Although the tips of the sticks are pretty safe, dull; we keep the red tip covers anyway to cover up the sticks' tips when not in use. Overall, a 5 star product. I was impressed by the price, quality, and design and would highly recommend these roasting sticks by SUMPRI.

These are sturdy & well made. They are therefore able to extend enough to get a decent distance from the heat of a fire. And we love the turning feature! A disadvantage could be that the prongs are quite thick so make a big hole in whatever is being cooked, but that's what makes the tool so sturdy. Recommended.

I bought those during the confinement to have activities with my son and they are really good. We enjoyed them so much that we’ve used them several times already. Great idea! The workmanship is very good. Nice done.

Bought these for home but used them for the first time camping with the fam. All the kids loved that they could rotate their hotdogs/marshmallows with just their thumbs! Great purchase.

Very good quality, super long stretch and very easy to clean. Great colours, everyone loved them, made toasting marshmallows so much more fun using these forks-would highly recommend!
