On the fence? Give it a shot!
As a 51 yo lifelong athlete & FT desk jockey, my back finally said “enough” about 3 months ago. Was in rough shape with herniated & bulging discs impinging on a nerve. Went through PT, added in chiropractor, keeping up with exercise, utilizing standing desk, but still dealing with end of day aches and discomfort which had me looking for something more - enter this little wrap. Reading reviews that sounded miraculous, I ordered it thinking it was worth a shot. When it arrived it was packaged nicely and I was pleased that it was well constructed, but when I turned it on I was underwhelmed. The heat was nice but the vibration felt lackluster. My 22-year-old daughter put it on and said to her it felt great, so clearly this is subjective to each user. Despite my initial Impression, I didn’t return it (even though it sat on the counter for about a week while I decided). Honestly it was the holidays and I just couldn’t be bothered. So glad I kept it! Fast forward a couple weeks, my back is aching, and I figure since I have this thing I might as well use it. Wrapped it around my waist, put it on heat & least offensive massage, and plopped down on the couch. Even though I didn’t find the sensation immensely joyful, my back responded favorably. The dull aching was gone and the heat helped loosen everything up. Fluke? Fortunately not! I’ve been using it consistently when my back is a little cranky. Usually at night I put it on, stretch out in bed, sometimes I cycle it multiple times while I read a book. The heat is wonderfully hot and I often switch to low or off before the cycle ends. I pair it with Advil, sleep comfortably (which is SO important), and wake up feeling good! That alone makes this thing worthwhile. Is this a miracle fix your back pain? Probably not by itself, but is it a marvelous tool to have in your arsenal along with other techniques? If my experience is any indication - yes! One note: I do wish the cord was a little longer as it limits options on where I can use it. Just a heads up if your home has limited outlets - might take a little planning for an outlet strip, but I wouldn’t let that stop me from purchasing.

Great heating pad! Better than most.
I like this heating pad because it has thickness so that it gives you lumbar support as you’re being Being massaged and the heat which really helps. I don’t think I can call it a cure all as I don’t think any heating pad can do that, but it certainly feels good and is very soothing. I didn’t want a cordless, although it would be very convenient, but every review I read always complained about the batteries. The extension that comes with it is very nice and works well. It’s the same thickness as the rest of the heating pad, which is nice because the other one that I had purchased earlier had a peice of one side of a Velcro strip. I saw no way of it working other than to sew it on there. My only complaint is, I think they should make them a little bit bigger I I wear a size 16 and have to use the extension. A lot of people are larger than that. that being said it’s a very nice heating pad for your lower back because you can with the extension push it down further toward your hips, to really get the lower lower back. I like this so well, I ordered another one so obviously I think it’s a good product and I would recommend it. I didn’t think I would like the massage that much because my bed does that as well but it’s more intense when it’s in the lumbar support of your back.

Solid quality, very hot and it does help reduce the pain
I bought this heating pad back June. I have been using this heating pad for few months, overall it's a good product and worth the money I spent. I got the black one, it won't show dirty that easy. The package came on time and in good shape. The quality of this product is very solid. Well made. Very thick and soft. I am not very big, so the front seems a little big for me, even I wrapped the belt. You probably can bend the front and tied even more, but I didn't do that, I am afraid that I would mess up the wire inside. The heat level is good, pretty hot on the higher setting. I think it actually hotter than the other heating pad (like a small blanket) I just bought. The massage function is just vibration, it has three options. I usually just use the 1st option, I like it keep vibrating. The other two has a little break in the between. I can't tell much difference between the 2settings of the Intensity. First of using this pad, I can't figure out what setting I chose, I just random press the buttons. Later on I noticed the light on the controller will dim if you chose less heat. The light will change when you chose different massage mode as well. I use this pad for my belly pain and back sore. It does reduce some of the pain when I set it on the high level heat with vibration. But I like to put some weight(my hands) on the belt to make it works even better. When I had back pain, back sore, I laid on my belly and put the pad on my back, the heat and vibration helps to easy my back problems. One thing I wish this heating pad could have is "stay on" function. It shuts off after 30mins using. I guess it won't let you turn it on until it cools down. My pain won't go away in 30mins. so during that period of time I had to use my other heating pad without massage function. Maybe I should get two of these, so I can rotate them and keep them on and on. Overall, this product is worth the money I spent. I am glad I bought this.

I like it’s cordless so can use it not only sitting but also walking around or doing housework. I feel great after using it, the heating and massaging eased my lower back pain, I also placed it in front, also great. The fabric is super soft, in my opinion it’s pretty awesome.

Serves the purpose I have been using it for long time now. No complaint. Useful only wish heat mode could have few more levels as of now there are 2

Works as advertised. I use this for my lower back stiffness as the heat helps loosen it up and reduce pain. My girlfriend uses this for her period cramps instead of a hot water bottle. It is cushioned so pretty comfortable and the Velcro does not pull on other fabrics which is nice. Size should fit most people but there is an extended strap if needed.
