Q: Why would anybody need a pocket in their bath towel? Do people just lounge around in towels? Seems kinda weird and pointless

I take the Wrap Around to the gym, along with a regular towel. When I take a shower at the gym after working out, I put the padlock key for the locker in that pocket. It works well. At home, yes, I have no need for the pocket, but it is a convenience at the gym.
