The late Dr Zelenko said to take this product with zinc to build your immune system and stop viruses in their tracks.I usually pick up a virus in the winter. I took this starting almost a year ago and have not been ill at all during that time. I can't remember the last time I went through the winter without getting sick. Ok. This is how this product, Quercetin, by Cadane has benefitted me. I was having muscular aches and some weakness. Not being a fan of pharmaceuticals, I began researching what natural herbal products may help with inflammation. I found my answer and then began searching for an organic form of Quercetin. I have been taking these on a schedule of 14 days on, 7 days off. The results are amazing! If I forget to get back on after a break, believe me I know it! Very satisfied customer. I will continue. And, yes, they are easy to swallow. (Much, much easier than fish oil capsules, for instance.)
