I am looking for a slightly flexible head, to make scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan. Is this one of those really stiff spatulas, or does it have give?

The rubber is fairly pliable, not as pliable as a rubbermaid. The rubber is much thicker than the rubber on a rubbermaid. I have used mine to make scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan; I do use some olive oil in the pan, first.

can it be use properly and comfortably by a left-handed person?

Yes, it is a great product and works very well. I use this in a professional kitchen, many of the staff are left-handed and have no complaints.

Where's it made? China?

It's the only made-in-USA spatula that I can find. Excellent quality.
