Not much Cherry as I thought
I was hoping this would it would have more cherry flavor in it; like the Cranberry Mustard I get at the grocery store.

Yummy mustard
This cherry mustard is fabulous. I mix it with black cherry jam to make a sauce that is great with pork or seafood. It's pretty spicy so the jam cuts down the heat a little. Yum!

this is a truly remarkable mustard. the sweet balances beautifully with the tangy, and there is a lovely horseradish-like heat and bitterness that makes this particular mustard worth every penny!...plus, the Sleeping Bear Farms people are just great! they are very accommodating (problems with UPS--don't ask) and generous. their honeys are lab-certified, and delicious!
