A quality Ester-C vitamin C
Excellent company and one of a few I trust for QUALITY CONTROL and the quality of vitamin C itself (not all vitamin C are equal just like other products with various distributors). This Ester-C is great for sensitive stomachs as well. Never had any issues with the Solgar brand.

Does the job
I start tainge this 2 weeks before I travel and at the 1st sign that I may be coming down with something and I've been able to ward off getting sick most times. In the instances where I've gotten sick, I've only been sick for 3 days the most. I will also couple this with Zinc.

Easier to ingest
I have used Ester-C since I first heard Charles Osgood promote it on his radio show around the early 2000's, so roughly 20 years. I've wanted my teenagers to use it, which they tried reluctantly, but could not swallow the tablets. So I looked and found these capsules. And while they are of large size, the kids found that these were "much easier" to swallow. So I'm grateful they too will have the all day protection of Ester-C. Particularly these days, we need to do all we can to help our immune systems.

Ester C is the best form of vitamin C.
Ester C is the best form of Vitamin C! Non acidic, stays in your system much longer than regular vitamin C....24 hours. It has the same high amounts of bioflavonoids as American Health....it's actually the same exact amounts as American Health in every way. Solgar is high quality & has been around for a long time. I'm very happy I found this from Solgar. I use their Gentle Iron....which is easy on the stomach & non constipating. Please keep this available on Amazon...it's a great product.
