Once the driver installed, worked flawlessly with a Dell Inspiron, Win11. Once configured in Display Settings, I was able to keep the laptop screen off, and Extend display/audio output to a small monitor and to a large tv (monitor 2). May need to go into Device Manager and 'Update Driver', or 'Search Automatically for Driver' for the device, titled "SMI USB Device".

So far I like this box a lot, it takes in various HDMI sources and outputs 4k/60hz as well as lesser resolutions if you want. 4 1080p or 4k inputs look great in the split modes output at 4k. You can also pick the audio and it has aux audio out to run the variable audio to an amp or avr. The aux audio has a volume level control which is huge. I am also using 1:4 Jtech splitters going into this unit without any trouble (and splitting the output), where I want to send a signal both to this box and other displays. This is useful to be able to show sources 2-4 full size on another display while you’re using this box to show 4 sources, because the display modes are a bit fixed… you can’t for example show source 2 as the big portion with sources 1, 3, and 4 as the small side screens. Some other passive 2 in 1 out splitters into this didn’t play well, so my .02 if you’re going to work with a bunch of splitters in or out use the 4k jtech splitters or powered 4k switches. My only real issue is the remote isn’t great and it’s critical to run the box. So I bought a couple cheap all-button learning remotes and are using them, keeping the original safe. They work and feel better, and I was able to program in power buttons for all my displays.

I picked up this Tech Digital 14 in 1 docking station because I needed something that could handle all the things I plug in every day without me having to swap cables all the time. After using it for a while, it has become one of the most useful items on my desk. The amount of ports on this dock is really helpful. Three HDMI, six USB, ethernet, SD and TF card slots, plus the charging passthrough, all in one small unit that doesnt take up much space. Setting it up was simple. I plugged it into my laptop and everything showed up right away. I connected two monitors first and both displayed at 4K 60Hz with no flicker or strange color issues. I added a third screen later and it worked fine too. The picture looks clean and the refresh rate feels smooth when I move windows around. It made my workspace feel more organized since I didnt have to run cables everywhere. The USB ports are a big help. I plugged in my keyboard, mouse, two SSD drives, a webcam, and a small USB mic, and everything stayed stable. No random disconnects or lag. The transfer speeds on the USB ports feel good for everyday work, and I moved a bunch of files to my SSD without any issues. The SD and TF card slots are also useful because I use them for my camera and drone footage, and now I dont need a separate card reader. The ethernet port has been steady. I get a consistent connection when I am uploading or downloading files. The charging passthrough keeps my laptop powered while I work, even when I have several things plugged in. I used it for long sessions and the dock stayed at a normal temperature. The build feels solid. It is light enough to move around but it doesnt slide all over the desk. The finish looks clean and the cables fit snug without feeling loose. I moved it around a few times and everything stayed connected. After using it for work, editing, and some light gaming, it feels like a reliable dock that keeps everything connected without any fuss. It made my setup easier to manage and helped reduce the cable clutter on my desk.

This item is being used at our church video distribution to put an Hdmi quality signal in all rooms. The picture quality of of this is awsome. We are sending video to all rooms using Jtech hdmi over ethernet adaptors. I would highly recommend this unit. Jtech makes a quality priduct.

Bought this HDMI splitter for my Xbox One. I wanted the TV to be watchable by the wife when I wasn't home without needing to turn on or deal with the Xbox One. Then when I was home, I watch TV through the Xbox One and was tired and having to move the HDMI cable back and forth. This solved my exact need. Now the wife can watch TV as per normal and I can do so as well through my Xbox One without having to deal with anything extra or move any cables. TV looks just the same as normal and I've not had to touch the device once since setting it up. Very happy with the product so far!
