The Dermisa cream certainly worked for me however, the thing about this cream is that you have to do a lot, for it to work. 1. You have to use it with the soap, It doesn't work without some brightening soap. 2. YOU MUST USE SUNSCREEN WHEN YOU GO OUT. I cannot stress this enough. You have to use the sunscreen according to the directions on the box. So if that sunscreen tells you to reapply every 2 hours, then REAPPLY EVERY 2 HOURS. 3. It doesn't work rapidly, it works very gradually. I used this over the course of 3 months until I noticed a difference. 4. If you get to your desired results, you have to maintain it by always using the products. So stay consistent. So seeing as though it does work BUT you have to do so much work to see results, I rate it 3 stars. i WILL SAY THOUGH, it feels really good on the skin, and the cream lasts a long time if only using it on your neck and face. Hope this helped.
