Reliable and good build quality
The clamp strength is strong and has no noticeable slop (the clamp retains its position). It is also heavy enough as not to need to bolt down for PCB work. My only complaint is the high thread count makes the opening and closing rather slow. For the price, I don't feel that it is fair to lower the rating.

absolutely fine for what it is
This may be the cheapest metal vise of its type, and considering that, it's fine. It is surprisingly lightweight, because it is hollowed out underneath to not use more aluminum than necessary. Surfaces are powder-coated (I think). All the fits are a little bit loose and sloppy. I had the silly idea of trying to repurpose it as a cheap translation stage, but you'd have to remake every part of it to make it precise in any sense. The thread is trapezoidal (ACME) type, thread pitch is about 1.5 mm or 17 TPI, threaded shaft OD is 9.6 mm, thread surface is pretty rough. It's like a TR10x1.5 metric thread that's slightly undersized, of course normal users would never care about that. It's a reasonable choice for a cheap vise and it holds things perfectly well. FWIW, the eight threaded holes in the top of the jaws were usable, and the provided plastic jaws and posts attach using the provided four screws, without any issue.

Great little vise
This is an excellent little vice very small, perfect for holding little items while we work on our paracord hobby

OK to use but do not expect a qualtiy fit and parts.
Very inexpensive, however, since I only work on watches occasionally, it does the job. It is made of a die cast zinc alloy which surprised me as I was expecting it to be all plastics. The faults are: (1) The threaded holes that hold the jaws were not threaded deep enough for the screws supplied. (2) Th jaw screws are very soft. (3) The threaded portion of the vise slide to the clamp screw is very loose. (4) The slide itself is not very well fitted to the vise body and moves around a lot. I will correct those items in time. If you want better pay more and get one. If you are just wanting something to work for a short period of time, purchase this.

More delicate yet powerful clamp.
The clamp is very helpful as a more delicate yet firm clamp. It's called a watch clamp, but I believe it's comparable to a clamp for smaller, more delicate items. Anyway, it is a clamp with great force, and its quality as a clamp is excellent. I use it for clamping a tube to drill holes to hold up pens. It is a great clamp.

It worked as expected. Easy to set up and use.
Hay, I am willing to say what I did, but I am not into writing long reviews.

Worked for me.
The little vise worked fine for what I wanted it for which was to hold a block with a watch attached to it. The only complain I have is they only give you 4 screws. There are other listed on Amazon that give you 8. I wish I had noticed that when I bought it. With only 4 screws if you lose one you can't attach the jaws or 4 posts. So I bought more at a hardware store. They are metric M4 about 3/4 inch long don't remember the metric length.
