What is the difference between the tap magic 10016e ep-extraqz one friendly cutting fluid 16oz, and the forney 20857 tap magic industrial pro cutting

It appears to me that it is the same stuff just different ounce cans. - Tap Magic is the manufacturer -not Forney. I'm assuming they are just using their own part number in the listing. It is showing a picture 4 oz can of Tap Magic ( Manufacturer part # 10004E ) Same stuff as the 10016E - both are their EP-Xtra cutting fluids.
