Great work pants
Well being a female in the construction industry gives me barely no options so a belt it is with these pants but love the option to wear the knee pads inside the front pockets. They are holding up well they haven’t ripped since the pocket material is a little thicker. they are a little thick for the hot summer but it real isn’t too bad. I still wear them all summer. I can’t find anything else that has the pockets in the knees for the knee pads to fit inside that works well for a females body. Well I still order a size up and wear a belt but a rave about these pants I hate wearing knee pads that you strap on I ordered the “ Tradies Professional Black Kneepad Inserts, No Strap Knee Pad Insert for Tactical Work Pants” they work great you can barely feel they are in when walking. There knee pads are thinner and more for more flat surfaces like roads. They work great for me a stain bridges so I use them on roads and lifts and some riprap

Awesome work pants for appliance repair
My husband loves these, he works in appliance repair so having the streamlined knee pockets for knee pads is perfect. Also, the ripstop fabric is great for all seasons (light enough in summer), the gray color hides stains, and they look professional. I bought two pairs plus the knee pads inserts separately. My only concern is longevity of the Velcro but I make sure to close them up in the wash and mostly air dry.

Carhartt does it again
As always with carhartt these are premium, durable work pants that are super comfortable, reliable and are my go to hands down. I own several carhartt work pants and although pricey they are well worth the money. The ripstop and reinforced pockets, knees and pant cuff are proof these work pants were well thought out and made for tradesman or just someone doing hard work on a regular basis. The pockets for knee pads are a plus, and the extra pockets come in handy. Love the steel line and would highly recommend.

absolutely the best work pants
lightweight, flexible, durable. very durable. i bought it for roof work. i got the large knee pads over the recommended medium. the mediums didn't fully cover, and had room to shift- often i'd be on my knee and not the pad. so get the largest pads that will barely fit the pouch. it'll bulge out (doesn't look natural), but it completely protects your knee and working on shingle roof i had zero issues. so much better than wearing extra "over" knee pads that are bulky and always move around. i hesitated buying due to cost, but seeing how durable these pants are, more than worth it.

👍
My husband uses these for work in framing and he says they're good quality and comfortable. They're a bit stiff but do the job and don't tear easily. They run a tiny bit small my husband got a 34 waist and said they fit more like a 32 but overall he likes them and uses them.

Never wearing denim again!
Full time carpenter here. These pants replaced the heavy denim pants I used to wear for work. These Carharrts are now my go-to pants for everyday use in construction. The form fitting stretch of the waistband eliminates the need for a belt, so it’s great for wearing tool bags and not worrying about the belt chafing. The built-in knee pads (sold separately) are amazingly comfortable, as thin and lightweight as they are. Even when wet, the pants stay light, and don’t sag- unlike common denim. I use them for everything from forming/pouring concrete to framing, and even finish work, but they especially shine when roof framing: the stretch of the fabric is a must for climbing through trusses and generally monkeying around without worrying about ripping anything. They are extremely durable under heavy everyday use! I wear a 33-34” waist, with a 34” inseam, and these pants have run true to size so far.

Good purchase
How do you spell been wearing all types of Carhartts for 30 plus years I really do like these pants fit well lots of functional pockets not your typical cotton duck that gets holes burnt in it when I'm welding and the knees where out so fast this is a much better durable breathable stretchy cooler material but not so thin that you freeze in the cold weather Carhartt did a good job on these pants I just wish these companies would Source their manufacturing out to America rather than overseas

Tare between legs
I purchased these for the knee pads. They work well. I were a 36/36 I am 6'7". I have gone through 3 pairs in 5 years. All the squatting they tare between the legs.

Very sturdy pants, but I would suggest getting one size bigger than you are at the moment. I'm a 33/30, ordered a 34/30, and it's tight. Other pants size 34 are bit too loose.
