Astonishing.
Genuinely shocked at how good the phone looks. I bought it as a backup phone, and to also manage my music. Got it for 159$ at "acceptable" and it genuinely looks amazing. I see literally no scratches on the screen, no scratches on the back, and the phone is at 80% battery health like it said in the description. There are only a few nicks on the metal around the camera, but literally everything else is great. Would recommend if you have a kid, this could be their first phone, or get this as a replacement / backup phone, works amazingly.

Worth it
Great product for the price, everything works like brand new. I will buy another one. It's worth the price.

Waste of my time and money
Don’t waste your time buying this phone. It was so bad. My experiences with it was already bad and after six months of using it, the phone’s battery shut down, and the phone won’t charge or turn on. When I tried to charge it and turn it on, I got an alert saying that the battery was counterfeit and a fake and so it has stopped working, I was pissed. I had to spend another money to get another phone, the life warranty on this phone is ass.

$160 for used good gave me a (basically) new phone!
Bought used good. Phone came with 93% battery health, almost completely untouched body, and small scratch on the screen that is now covered by a screen protector. For $160, just huge wow. In terms of the phone itself. I came to this phone from a pixel 6 after being an android user for many years. IOS has certainly improved. It really does just work exactly how you want it to. I thought I’d miss the customization and stuff from my pixel but the simplicity apple has attained in IOS 18 paired with just enough features to not feel restrictive makes this a wonderful refresher and reminder that technology is indeed still getting better. The screen is also just absolutely amazing (coming from a camera stuff guy.) Vibrant and accurate with beautiful OLED black levels. Great phone!

A great phone, though no replacement for my Iphone SE (1st Generation)
This is a brilliant phone. Yes, it is a few generations down from the newest, and yes these are specifically refurbished as well. Even so! My phone arrived in basically new condition a year ago, and has worked well since. Battery life is...not amazing, but Iphones honestly don't have great battery life. They'll last you through the day depending on your use, but not much past that. That's fine, I charge mine often. 64GB's is plenty for a phone unless you are recording often and keeping a large gallery or a ton of apps. I like the smaller size of the phone, I think phones are getting too big, and this has all the features of a big phone in the smaller package. I like the facial recognition (although it feels dystopian) as it makes unlocking the phone a breeze. I think the camera is very passable, and I like the screen. If not for being worried about dropping it, the outer case is beautiful. Apple outdid themselves. What I don't like. The size...is actually still a bit too big for me. The Iphone SE (1st Generation) used the Iphone 5 frame. I thought that frame was truly amazing, as it wasn't very big at all. Easy to one hand, almost as if designed to be. It in fact *WAS* designed to be. When I first got it, I realized this. It is too big to one hand comfortably, it's not quite so big that 2 hands feels truly right. It's fine, but I feel the mini should have been actually a touch smaller. Also, I honestly kinda dislike having almost all the phone's front be the screen. There's nowhere good to rest your hand to support it without touching the screen. I used to wrap my hand around the phone and support it with my thumb across the front, near where the button was. It's a nitpick, but I just don't dig it as much. For $200~275 though, is it worth it? Ab-so-lutely. It's a great phone, I bought mine I think for near double that, and I only somewhat regretted the price tag. It's held up very nice the past year, and I don't expect to have to replace it for a good number. If not for the busted screen on my old phone, I'd still be rocking it despite a truly not good battery. This one makes for a fine replacement, and if you want a new Iphone, this is the one to get.

If you Love iPhones, This one is great!
This has become my fulltime phone, and I am quite happy with it. I've been on team iPhone since it first came out, and I continue to find it straightforward to use, and amazing in all the apps it supports. I use a simple cheap case, and the phone stays in great condition despite how much I've dropped it!

Buyer beware
Excellent condition is A+ Some small scratches but barely noticable. Camera takes great pictures. No issues with start up. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Edit: I used apple wallet and it's the only place I added my card in the phone and the next thing I know I got a ton of random purchases on my card from apple which had the worst customer service. When I first got the phones I manufactury reset each one and did apple updates. I did a few returns to get a good phone. If your phone screen isn't fitting well and always bubbles it's defective screen. I got mad at the wrong pple for the screen protectors not working. The camera takes good pictures though. Much better than other phones. I do need to convert the pics though as the phone puts it in an apple format. This is just good to know. You need to look up and convert all your pics of you want them sharable on other devices. I would get this phone again, but you need to know not to put your credit card info into the Apple pay app. I was getting random monthly charges not on my account from apple. Something is wrong w apple pay wallet app. A lot of people have had their info stolen. I wasn't sure if it was because it was refurbished, but it looks more like little data breaches from the app. The only place I put all my card deets was in Apple pay app. This is just good to know.

So far so good
I got the used good condition refurbished iPhone 12 mini next day shipping. Came with usb charger and block. Looks new with no scratches. Easy to transfer ( under 15 minutes) and able to use phone immediately after a software update and inserting SIM card. Edit New software update allows sharing images and screenshots and some pdfs with android which wasn’t the case before. 2/14/26 6/18/25 Noticed touch screen freezing, screen flashing when I scroll, and phone dims after an hour of use and can’t be brightened. Edit 11/05/25 iOS updates back to back of 18 and 26 completely obliterated the camera and video functionality. It is completely blurry and useless and resets don’t work. Edit Dec 12 , 2025 Camera is functioning again but I noticed some dots in the photos. Some days the focus is good to excellent others the photos look but over saturated and fuzzy. Recently, when I make calls, people can’t hear me. I discovered that I can’t use the speakerphone if I want the other person to hear me. But I need the speakerphone because, even with the volume turned all the way up, I can barely hear anything through the regular earpiece. This issue only started after recent iOS updates. When I switch to speaker, the call has terrible feedback—echoing, overlapping voices, and metallic noises. The phone is running uncomfortably hot even after a battery change that happed one month ago. It started getting to hot at 77% battery.
