These gloves are thin with a good grip and hence is used for multipurpose and they don’t tear easily during normal use. I use it for medical purpose as well as for gardening etc for hamds protection. Very comfortable to wear.

My hands were getting cut in winters due to bike and car washing shampoo and I was very troubled by this, then I came to know about these gloves, so I ordered them and initially I felt a little uncomfortable for a day but when I started using them regularly, my hands started getting fine, I would say that my mechanic brother should definitely try these, these are very good gloves and they no cut easily and there is no tearing.
