Adjustable Floor Guide for All Sliding Barn Door Review: This is a very strong and robust floor guide for a heavy barn door. A must have for your barn door project. So many different combinations of options to suit your door application. Mounts flush to the floor and is secured to the wall. Great product! Review: Replaced a couple of standard swinging doors with barn doors. Job came out well but needed a way to keep the doors on their assigned path. Enter these guides. Found them to be an easy install, easy adjust and rugged. They should last a long time without issue. Appearance is very good with a finish that should last as long as they are needed. All in all a very nice product.

Found them to be an easy install, easy adjust and rugged. They should last a long time without issue. Appearance is very good with a finish that should last as long as they are needed. Had an older pocket door that needed to be locked, keep them kids out of mommy and daddy's room!! The door had a tight fit when sliding back into the wall, this was the only lock/latch I could find that allowed the door to slide back into the wall flush. We decided to put it higher up on the door, so no one would accidentally scratch themselves on it. Also had to do some slight modification to the mounting of it. The door when closed went right up against the door frame, so with the latch right at the end of the door and the locking piece on the frame they couldn't meet properly to latch. The locking part had to become wider from the door frame. Could have cut a block of wood to add behind it, or I just added some nuts and washers. Perfect fit now and the kids can't open the door!!

This product works perfectly. My barn door kept slamming against the wall when I opened it, as well as the pups being able to pry the door to get in the linen closet. This brace keeps the door in place where the dogs can’t get it to open. In addition, the door glides so much better. Product is well worth the price. I’ll buy again when I add my other two barn doors.
