GoFit Polar Foot Roller - Cold Massage Relief, 10 x 3 x 3

I went through a lot of different devices for finding pain relief, this is by far the best one. It is easy to use, doesn't slip and roll around the floor. The rubber wheels grip the ground nicely. But the best part is that it's tapered, so the sides of your foot get massaged too as you roll it. It's nice and smooth, and stays cool, I haven't even had to put it in the freezer. (But it's nice that I can.) I like it a lot better than the pokey ones w/ the little nubs. I wish I could find a stationery one of these, then it would be 100% perfect, but I definitely love this. Purchased 2 but I find I'm really just using it one foot at a time anyway. Highly recommend this!!

Very high quality build item. Its very comfortable and feels great rolling your foot on it while maintain the cold feature. It remains cold for about 30 minutes enough time to do physical therapy with it. I specifically purchased this to treat my sore feet and to treat my foot pain. It's alot better than using a frozen bottle. Also no mess compared to rolling your foot on a frozen plastic bottle. This is totally worth it. You can keep in your freezer until needed. Two 👍🏾👍🏾 up.

worked good on my foot. I could not hardly walk until I started using this cold Roller. IT did wonders for my arch in my foot. loved it.

I've been diagnose with fascia inflamation. this is commom with older cyclist The remedy is proper stretching & strenghten exercise. The roller device is great exercise & when frozen it can numb the soreness and discomfort.

This tool is awesome and stays frigid cold for a long time. I love it!

I'd been having pain in both feet, I got this to replace the water bottle I'd been using. This works great! My only suggestion is: if you are needing it for both feet buy 2, that way you don't have to wait for it to refreeze between feet!

I was expecting a cold-therapy for my Plantar Fasciitis. The small area that receives the cold is so puntual and dynamic during the rolling that you don't feel an effective cold relief. As a massager only, it's fine. I think the combination of methods is not a good idea. I would prefer a steady cold-therapy for my aching soles.

My daughter’s foot pain was out of control. Doctor recommended rolling her feet on frozen water bottle. Husband kept throwing away the water bottle she would freeze. Finally I just got this. It made sense. It gets frozen. It is the shape of her feet. It has inline skate wheels… what is noto to like? It works perfect. Her foot pain has lessened and no one throws this baby away. It is heavy metal and well put together. A total win… get it! Worth the money!

This roller really helped with the plantar fascitis. It really worked! We noticed a difference with the pain the next day.
