I have adhd so remembering to take my medication is a real issue for me I bought this and have been using it for a couple weeks instructions were clear and all appears to be working fine

This is a great little pill box. Programming is easy and it makes enough noise to notify you. However don’t drop it onto a hard floor as the catch may release and scatter the pills everywhere. Yes, it was on a table and vibrated itself off the edge onto a stone floor. 😂

October is excellent, but the alarm is a bit too loud

This pill boxes with the ability to set alarms are and absolute must have if you are on regular medication which you are required to take a specific times of the day. There is an option to set up to 5 different alarms and 4 compartments in each box. I have bought 2 and love the fact they have a blue box and a grey box as I use them to store the different types of medication I need to take ( for example pain relief for one and mental health medication for the other). The products have far beyond met my expectations and the customer service has been equally impressive. A representative for the company called Suki reached out to me to advise I had placed a separate order for just one box and used her initiative to contact me to advise of the situation and refunded the money for the accidental order. This is going above and beyond for customer care as most companies would just leave it and take your money until you try and get a refund. Therefore Suki has impressed me with the level of customer care and honesty and I will be keep and eye on the company for any future products they may release. 10/10 product and service. I highly recommend to anyone considering buying and reading reviews to see opinion of others. STOP AND BUY! You won’t regret it :)

It might only seem to be to other reviewers a clock attached to a pill box but because they are joined on as one unit, the minute the alarm goes off it reminds me straight away to take a tablet and I do. I’m terrible at remembering to take tablets so I used to cancel the alarm on my phone and then forget to fetch them from my bag. This is no longer a problem! I would definitely recommend it.

After my father's prolonged stay in hospital, he needed some rehabilitation and Physiotherapy to help him back on his feet. Not wanting to take away all his independence in a hospital discharge ward, he is more than capable of administering his own medication, while he gets back on his feet, I wanted him to maintain as much of this independence as possible. This allows him to do that. It prompts him at the medication due time, without it being locked away in a cabinet and waiting on a ward nurse to administer them.

Had no issues with the device at all. Good compact size, loud alarm and vibration. Set up was pretty easy for me too

I thought this would alert me that a tablet was due and then display this information on the screen until I took the tablet and maybe pressed a button to tell it that the reminder had been noted. It doesn’t do this. It is just a clock with 5 alarms. My phone can do this so it is just a very expensive pill holder.

Fait parfaitement son office, j'aurais juste aimé un reset à l'ouverture du clapet avec rappel automatique.

Suivi de colis inexistant. Je l'ai bien reçu ce jour et pourtant il est toujours à la douane de l'aéroport Parisien dans l'onglet "suivi colis) !!! Notice uniquement en langue du pays expéditeur (chine) et en Anglais. La seule bonne info c'est qu'il devait être livré à partir du 24/01/2026 et qu'il l'a été ce jour 16/01/2026.
