I like these for keeping me healthy. The flavor is ok, a little more sour than sugary. The size of the gummy is ok too, but I can only eat one at a time. The consistency is fine and doesn't stick to my teeth. The gummy is easy to use for what I need. I have no side effects and don't take with food.

I think the product does boost immunity. I feel great when taking it. I've been well. But, they seem to have a little taste of the plastic. Not sure if the plastic is leaching into the gummies.

Good but too sticky.
Been buying these gummies for years. Love the taste, but I’ve recently noticed they are hard to get out of the bottle especially when the bottle is nearing the bottom. They seem to be sticking together. I have to get a fork to dig them out. I contacted the company, but got no reply.
