I can finally have cotton candy ice cream!!!
I have a bad dairy allergy/gluten intolerance and a just got a small ice cream maker and I did almond milk with this mixed. I was so happy. I did unsweetened almond milk and it tasted like cotton candy and I couldn’t taste the almond milk very much! So happy. I haven’t had, “real” ice cream with dairy for a while with a good amount of creaminess and I was so excited that this didn’t hurt my stomach at all and it was still creamy and dairy free!

Powdered soft serve ice cream mix
This is a 6 lb bag of powdered sauce. Serve ice cream mix. Easy to read. Simple to follow instruction makes making ice cream very simple. Whether you're using a churn bucket style, ice cream maker or you have a soft serve ice cream dispenser. Good quality, great taste

Good chocolate flavor.
Purchased a Ninja Creami and wanted to make a “Wendy’s frosty copycat”. This is very good. We use 3/4 of a cup -lus 1 tablespoon and fill to the max line with 2% milk (that’s what we had). Ninja directions say freeze for 24 hours, but 12+ works for us. Must spin it twice. Package directions are for the entire contents of the bag, so we had to experiment. We will be purchasing the vanilla flavor one.

Best value for home use, and easy to add flavors over
Pound for pound this is worth the purchase. Especially if you make ice cream at home in a 1.5 or 2 quart machine. The vanilla flavor is very dull, so this makes it a great base to add flavor too, or make flavors you want to try but no one carries. Takes fresh or frozen fruit very well, as well as additional flavoring agents. So far we've made three batches of vanilla (using additional extract of various qualities), and one batch strawberry with frozen berries. All came out well, especially after finding the sweet spot for making the mix.Mix can be chilled or poured straight into the mixing bowl of the ice cream machine. But I recommend chilling it first for a few hours before hand. Makes for a slightly smoother final product as compared to just dumping it in.As far as the mix goes, I used a review someone submitted then built on that. Things can be added, changed or substituted at your discretion.1.5 quarts: 3 ⅓ cup liquid (a combo of whole milk, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk can be used) and 1 ½ cup powder.2 quarts: 4 ¼ cups liquid, 2 cups powder.Mix per your machine and freeze for an hour or two before serving.

Delicious and great value product
We love this product for home use with our Ninja Creami. It's easy, fun, and it's so much better (and way, way, way) cheaper than buying boxes of ice cream. We bought a large tub with a lid that we store it in to keep it dry and clean and simply scoop out the mix and mix with water to create our pints. We've found the right ratios over time and my kids love to "make" ice cream, especially with mix ins with our vanilla base. I highly recommend this quality, good value product.

Not Bad Not Great - Mediocre at Best
Bought this to use with the ninja creami swirl for convenience -- The chocolate flavor isn't super there. Like you can tell its chocolate, but its just lacking for me. It froze rock solid which was necessary for the creami to churn but the end consistency was too soft and melted very quickly. It reminds me of a Wendy's Chocolate Frosty, so to that end it isn't cone friendly but bowl/cup friendly. If you don't churn it then it ends up being too hard and crystally to even pass for scoopable ice cream. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product if you want a soft serve cone, but if you just want soft serve in a bowl then yes give it a go. Adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder could enhance the chocolate flavor but at that point you have to rethink the sweetness and liquid levels.

Needs better quality control
The bag was not sealed properly and was slowly leaking into the box it came in. All my items in box had dusting of white powder on it from mix. When I weighted the bag it weighed slightly over 5 lbs which didn't make sense since their was only a dusting of mix on the items in my box so bag must have very short from 6 lbs before it was sent. The flavor of the ice cream was amazing and was able use easily to make a variety of different ice creams in my creami so would I buy again yes but hoping I am shorted on the mix the next time.
