Will this keep my laptop from sliding?

If ye be upon a becalmed sea, then aye, tis sure the sea wilst not disturb the laptop. Should the breeze grow to a tempest, thou wouldst have cause to concern for the peril of the laptop. They are sticky pads, but might come free with too much preturbance. I heartily recommend this product.

Will it work underneath laptops?

Yes. Note that these would be taller and wider than the usual rubber feet found on electronics. However, depending on the surfaces you'll be placing the laptop on this extra height and grip could be helpful.

I want to get these to prevent glass on a table from shifting when bumped. Am I reading correctly that these will keep the glass from shifting?

Hi, yes they would work for that purpose, but they are a little thick to put under glass. They come in various thicknesses but you would want flat ones that sre only about 1/16 to 1/8 " thick for that. I purchased 3/4 x 1/8 " for the same thing and they work much better. Hope this help's you.

arf these anti-skid? like, the ones on my keyboard have torn off/not redusing slid of keyboard?

They work well for me on my keyboard and phone, stopping the sliding on the desk and dash. They're just rubber, nothing specifically anti-skid that I know of, but they work great for me.
