Great for monitoring fast temperature swings
I used this to monitor the cycle frequency on a refridgeration compressor. The low thermal mass reacted very quickly to temperature changes!

Accurate, Repeatable, and Works Great
I'm not sure why the other reviewer wasn't able to get his sensor working, but I found that these work great. Now, I'm using this with a custom-designed instrumentation op-amp circuit, patterned after the TI application notes on the INA326 instrumentation amp and REF200AU constant-current reference. But it works exactly as expected and is quite accurate and repeatable. I am using these as temperature monitors for the H-bridge of my custom Musical Tesla Coil. The adhesive sensor tape works great to attach these to the heat sinks on the bridge. My only complaint with the sensor is that the wire is too long. They have a 1 meter and a 2 meter version, but I only need about 30cm. The extra length turns into an "antenna" for the high-voltage from the coil in my application, so I end up having to modify the cables on these. However, the nature of the RTD PT100 sensor in general does help counter the "antenna" effects.

Couldn't get it to work
I could not get it to work with my PLC. I haven't tested it with a multimeter yet, I'm not sure if it is worth the effort.

Works with a PLC
At first, I could not get it to work with my PLC. The silver wire has an imperceptible clear coating that causes it to not make a connection. After stripping the coating and connecting one red and one silver wire to the PLC, it read as expected.
