Rescue Sleep, 20 ml, Bach Flower Essences

I started using Bach Rescue Sleep when things in my life were really stressful. I was having trouble stopping my thoughts when I went to bed. I've tried Bach Remedies in the past and found them to be helpful. This was no exception! I love this stuff! I use it nearly every night. I find that it cuts my getting-to-sleep time from about 20-30 minutes to 5-10. I just take a couple sprays and before I know it I'm asleep. In the past I've laid there while thoughts run ramped in my head...silly things like tomorrows chores to important things. I've laid there over an hour trying to get to sleep before...no more...now I use the Bach Sleep Remedy...I love it!!!! I highly recommend it! As a little disclaimer...if you want to call it that...if you have a problem with sleep and you've got yourself in a pattern it will probably take a while to work it out. I know people who have sleep problems but don't give anything enough of a try to see if it will work. Give it a try and stick with it for a while. You too can have a good night's sleep!

If a product works, its cost is not as important. There's only one Bach Flowers brand. If I need the Bach Flowers products, I will be happy to make the transaction.

I have been using Sleep Spray for about 4 years and it works for me. After moving away from a large urban area 2 years ago where I could buy it locally to a small town I was pleased to find it on Amazon. It has always arrived earlier than estimated and well packaged. I plan to keep some of this spray at bedside in case I need it. I bought a bottle for my Aunt but after 2 nights she said it didn't work for her and gave me the full bottle. All I know is that it calms me if I am restless and if I wake up during the night I can take a few quick sprays and drift off again. I experience no ill effects the next morning.

This is a great product and works so very well, I use it every night and so does my husband and many family and friends that I have recommended it too! It works by stopping your brain from thinking of all the things you have to do the next day so allows you to get off to sleep quickly. It is harmless and non habit forming and all ages can use it. I just can't recommend it enough we have used it for many years now and love it.

Has a small taste of alcohol but I fall asleep so fast it doesn't bother me. Really helps when your mind won't shut off & you can't fall asleep. It doesn't drug you, it just quiets your brain. Sometimes I fall asleep in a couple minutes. Other times I may have to use it a second time after 10 minutes. Can't be without it. I actually keep it under my pillow. The company that makes it told me the alcohol used is from grapes rather than grains, making it gluten free.

This is a great product and was received before I was even expecting it. we have used it on people, cats and dogs, all with fabulous results. have to travel cross country with your cats. this will help immensely. have a dog that is nervous about new situations. this will help immensely. have a mother that has trouble sleeping one night? this will help. so, every time I have used this product it has worked. I have found that if you use it before the stress level gets too high it takes less for the same affect.

Helping my child to get her full night of sleep without nightmares. Highly recommend. I use this to help the nightly sleep and use a melatonin for kids to help get her to sleep. She was having nightmares and restless nights. This worked for us. The spray is much more convenient than the dropper for us though a dropper can be good for mixing into other things if you have a child who will not allow spraying.
