Purchased these so that we could mount TV's from the ceiling for the patients at our clinic. They can now sit back and watch Netflix while they get their teeth cleaned. Good quality mount and easy to use. Well worth the money

It stopped working after a few months. It moves down a bit, beeps and stops. I press the button again and it moves a bit more and eventually stops completely with three beeps and won't move up or down until I reset it (hold middle button). So I can't bring it down fully anymore. This same exact thing happened with the VIVO model too I had before this. VIVO at least gave me a refund, but neither Amazon or MOUNT-IT want to repair or replace this one. What a nuisance after the hassle these are to install each time
