Just right and perfect for my magnet baseball field for little league brain practice.

If you're like me, and though spending $60 on the pre-made board was too much, but still want these type of magnets, to include the player name magnets, to include trying to figure out exactly how you are going to get a baseball diamond on that blank canvas of a whiteboard, save yourself the trouble and just buy the pre-made board which comes with all of this...for almost the same price by the time you buy everything. For what it's worth, don't waste your time with permanent marker on the whiteboard. The regular dry erase markers will take it right off. You can do wet erase markers, but now you need to have something wet with you (spit?). If you're still hell bent on doing it yourself, go with the tape. 1/8 works great. As far as these magnets, they are awesome! I've gone over scenarios on the board with my team a couple of times, and it's very effective! The magnets are super strong. I left them on the board while transporting, and not a one fell off, and they all stayed in their place! The pouch makes it convenient to store less used, or to drop used ones back in while transporting so you don't lose any.

The circles are like the size of a nickel. I thought they would be smaller (perhaps like a dime), but alas, they are they size they are. They are exactly as described. They were a little too big to fit in one line on the small Easton lineup board, but easy enough to stagger them. No complaints, they work!

The magnets stick nice, but they arrived with most of the writing scratched off of them day 1 (see attached photos for examples). These could be nice, but if the material they are made of is wearing off before it arrives, I doubt they will last very long once I start using them on a regular basis. Definitely not worth the price, so I would not buy these again.

The item arrived quickly however, the magnets were damaged and blurred from rubbing together (assuming while shipping). This is very disappointing and for this reason alone, I would not order again.
