Great water filter, holds a lot of water, tested both tap water and filtered water to check if it really does work and it does! Make sure u run 3-4 full jugs of water through it before drinking to get out any excess carbon dust or the water will taste off first few times. After that it tastes great and very clean One of the filter cartridges was broken when it arrived, costumer service was awesome about sending me another cartridge. Simple to use and easy to clean!

I’ve been using this alkaline water filter pitcher for over a year now, and it’s held up beautifully. It’s durable, easy to use, and consistently delivers great-tasting water. I also bought the replacement filters, which are reasonably priced and simple to swap out. Overall, it’s been a solid investment in everyday hydration—great value and performance that lasts.

I bought this for my office to prep black and herbal tea. I specifically need 1.7 liters of filtered water, which is why I chose this model. While I haven't done any "fancy" lab testing like other reviewers, the water taste is great and the quality of my tea is as good as ever. Capacity details: The top reservoir holds roughly 0.8 liters, so I have to fill it twice to get the volume I need. The pitcher holds about 2 liters of filtered water total, but a tip for users: if the bottom is full and you add more to the top reservoir, it won't filter through further. Size Note: The pitcher is quite tall, so it doesn't fit under my office faucet. I’ve solved this by using a 0.8L glass bottle to fill the top. Service: Their customer service is excellent. They were very quick to respond and resolved an issue with my original order immediately. I can't speak to the long-term durability yet, but the water quality is very high.
