Good stuff... and even better if you tweak it
When I want to make a quick, warm, and filling dinner, this is one of my go-to's. Fry the ground beef, drain SOME of the grease (remember, fat is flavor), and prepare ALMOST as directed. I add a little more ground black pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce for dimension. Sometimes, I'll add a light dusting of garlic powder. I also use a bit less milk and then add a big blob of sour cream to increase the richness. As an added bonus, the leftovers reheat nicely in the microwave for lunch the next day.

These are good and all if you make them more than once a month. The pack I got just expired and I got them in September. Roughly 6 months after buying a 12 pack? I guess if you have a large family it works for you! But it’s just my boyfriend and I so we didn’t get through them all… I had to give out half of these so they wouldn’t go to waste and still have 3 left.
