Hermitshell Hard Travel Case for Logitech C920 960-000767 USB HD Pro Webcam

PROS: Fit my non Logitech webcam with enough room for my earbuds, lavalier microphone, and external sound card. Great little case and perfect from fit function. I felt that the case was reasonably priced for what I received. The case easily zips open and closed when needed.CONS: None noted.Yes I'd buy this again, and recommend to a friend.

I bought an external camera (finally) for all the virtual meetings. While not expensive, I wanted to protect my investment as I bring this back and forth since we’re hybrid. This is compact, not too heavy, well made and does what it’s meant to do.

Keep webcam safe for laptop.Case just fits the camera and cord, no moving around or extra space!Less space then box, safer also. Can clip on bag or throw inside when needed on the go. In case in draw usually when not being used.

Provides good protection for the camera as it travels in my backpack.

This is an inexpensive hard case that has far more positives than negatives and the negative isn't really a negative.It is well made, the zippers have nice hard rubber pulls and move easily. It is a hard'ish case, that won't deform easily unless you do something like sit on it.Others have commented on the seams inside the case. While it protects the camera from the zipper, it has a seam right where the camera lens is that could, in theory scratch the lens - but, you should be using a lens cover anyway that would prevent any damage.The only real downside is that you need to wrap the cord careful to make it fit - but then there is little possibility of the camera shifting in the case. I guess only time will tell if continual folding of the cord will damage the camera - but that applies to any case for a camera with an attached cable.The majority of other cases out there are huge and clearly designed to hold a variety of cameras and/or other devices.There is a bit of a headscratcher though. The case comes with a cheap, junky, aluminum carabiner that, if connected to the case, would allow it, kind-of, to be attached to a bag or a belt loop. The carabiner that I got was already broken.The way the carabiner attaches means that it doesn't really swivel and is connected at an awkward angle.My recommendation to the company is to quit including the carabiner - just because other manufacturers include hand straps or other attachments to "carry" the case doesn't really mean that Hermitshell has to. I attach it to the inside of my bag using a keysmart mag-connect on a longish strap - the loop on the case is useful, but the carabiner isn't.Overall a great case and seems better than the others out there.

It seemed a bit more costly than for other types of EVA cases, but it works really well, and I'm not afraid to toss my cam in my bag now.

I bought this case hoping it would fit okay but wasn't sure. One of the reviews said it was "too tight" and would rub against the lens, but it you buy an aftermarket lens cover for about $5, your troubles are over.I like this case; it fits my Logitech 920 perfectly!

When traveling on business trips I need to have my computer and webcam for zoom meetings. This is perfect for webcam storage
