Light, clean and mellow sweet citrus scent. Not overpowering and not artificial. A go to for the Springtime. Definitely unisex

I originally bought that way back when Bath and Body Works carried it and I fell in love. I've ordered it directly from C.O. Bigelow in the past few years, but this time I branched out to Amazon. It has a nice lemony smell without making me smell like I've actually rolled around in lemons. I saw some people noted a floral smell which I do not get at all. Floral scents trigger migraines for me and I don't have a problem with this one. I love that it's a clean smell without being bogged down by notes of wood, flowers, chemicals, cotton candy, or any of the other junk that people advertise. It's not an overpoweringly strong smell which I appreciate as well.

This was on my wife’s birthday wish list and she absolutely loves it. In the beginning, it seems like a very strong lemony smell, but if applied on skin, the strong scent left and a very gentle scent remained. Very enjoyable. She just ran out of perfume so she’s very happy to have a long lived new perfume bottle with lots and lots of perfume.

Lemon fresh it’s has good lasting effects and it’s lemonade fresh.

I will start out by saying, yes, you need to reapply a few times throughout the day if you want the scent to linger. I myself spray at least 5 or 6 times all up and down my left arm then blot it against my right. I also spray whatever I’m wearing about four times when I first apply. It is a light scent, so it needs to be refreshed throughout the day. But it’s totally worth it. If you need to have a strong, very long lasting scent, this won’t be for you. But if you’re willing to apply and reapply generously, you will enjoy the results.

I purchased because I love the scent of lemons. This has a momentary scent of Lemon when sprayed and then you are left with the most nauseating smell-heavy enough to take your breath away-it does not smell of lemons but of oveepowering chemical smell. It left me hardly able to breathe, throat and skin itching and irritated my eyes...and it had been sprayed on my wrist. Run....from this. $52 wasted since no returns...and honestly not sure I can even give it away...its bad!

Light and fresh smell.

First, the box (and mine was a spray, as advertised, though some disappointed reviewers have said theirs came as a splash) is accurate: lemon effervescence followed by slightly sweet creamy white musk. The problem is that the lemon, which is delightful, lasts about 1-2 minutes, followed by the dominant smell of white musk (think Jovan from the 1980s). If you like white musk, then this would be for you. I don't happen to like it but thought the lemon would rescue it. It doesn't. Aside from that, as others have noted, the fragrance all but disappears within 10 minutes. I even sprayed onto my sleeve: almost undetectable except for a whiff of white musk. This is NOT what an eau de parfum should do--more like an eau fraiche and a very light one at that. Not bad to carry in a tote for an end-of-summer pick-me-up to be sprayed throughout the day--but hardly worth the price. If it smelled for an hour or two the way in does in the first two minutes, it would be a real gem.
