Now THIS is how a business is supposed to right a wrong. Great job.
I live in Mexico so every time I need something for my comp, getting it here requires a lot of extra work to send it with someone coming from our church in Phoenix. So I finally get it and it is missing the small strip on the back. Uffff. So I print the return slip (easy) find someone else coming in a couple weeks, and notify the company though here in Amazon. The new one gets here finally and they send me a brand new one, not a reman. So yes, VERY happy with the ease of the return and that they upgraded for my troubles. Awesome. Now just need to wait till the fam tat is here goes back after a week of missions in Mexico and drops the mistake one in a UPS box so I dont get charged double. But so far so good.

Works great
The keyboard works perfectly with the HP EliteBook 840 G3. I was swapped out 2 laptops with bad keyboards with these and now they’re working again!

Item not as per the product details
I exactly followed the instructions and tried connecting the keyboard to my laptop, nothing worked, looks like a damaged item. Now the wires are all over the place and difficult to pack again and reship for return aswel.

After I made mistake and ordered wrong keyboard totally my fault make sure you read properly I reordered correct one and very next day boom it arrived and less than 24 hours from ordering can't fault them The keyboard itself is good all works and as described. It is a slightly different silver to original keyboard and baklit key not as clear and crisp at night as original but less than half the price of original replacement so yeh more than happy with it again brilliant
