Yes, it can be a little hard to get it to "click" into stay position, but be persistent. I love this and bought it for a sunbrella as it can be very very sunny here in Louisiana. Non-stop rain has proven that it works great in the rain, too.

Very delicate and tiny.

I bought this because my skin can’t tolerate summer sunlight anymore. I didn’t feel the size is small, however my coworker did comment that it’s small. I don’t really mind as it’s for me only and I want it compact to pack in my handbag. I took away a star because getting it to stay open need to use some strength. I do see this as a flaw if an elderly person is going to use it.

Very light, easy to use and cute

Sun protection is great, and the size folded up is very compact and convenient. However, the latch that holds the umbrella fully open broke literally the first time using it. I got it to keep the sun off my baby at an outdoor fair, so it was really a pain to have to physically hold it open over his stroller when it broke within 30 minutes:( I know it was cheap, so I wasn’t expecting it to last a lifetime, but I hoped for more than one day.

The umbrella is great! I used it as an Easter basket and now my daughter uses it all the time.

I bought one of these and loved it. I bought a second one in July for our trip to Florida in August, and it broke the second time we used it. Too late for a return. Not sure if I will suck it up and buy a third, or try a different brand. Prior to the break, I would have given 5 stars because it works beautifully, is SO Tiny and fits in our park bag, and loved it so much. But I'm giving 3 stars as it appears to be 26 bucks down the drain....

Pretty disappointed, it’s bigger and heavier than expected but the main problem is that it’s really hard to fold down again and is consequently a lot bigger, there’s no way I can ever get it back into its neat little case

Compact products

Overpriced for something that seems to be made of plastic. Difficult to open and close.I bought a small and lightweight umbrella as I wanted something that would fit in my handbag. For sun protection a larger umbrella would be better.
