Great low-cost painter's cap for most people *
A nicely made, affordable painter's cap with a comfortable sweatband and adjustable backstrap. * I have a pretty large head (~US size 7 3/4) and my strap is on the last two notches, so if your head is large and you have a lot of hair this hat might not be big enough. Also if you're looking for good UV protection for painting outside, the thin cotton of this hat might not be the best choice (especially in white) although it is cool and comfortable to wear. Apparently, most synthetic fabrics offer a significantly higher UPF but you can increase the UPF of light-colored cotton by washing it with a detergent containing optical brightening agents which are found in most detergents on the market.

This is the classic painters hat. It’s cute, practical and covers a good portion of your hair. I have a medium size head and it fits me perfectly.

Comfortable, inexpensive, cleans well
I have worn this hat in the hot Sun for about two months and it comes out of the weekly wash shining brightly! It must be a good fabric blend, I plan on buying a few more to keep the sun off, my hair clean and to look more professional on the jobsite.

Smashed Like Pancakes
I was a pretty disappointing to see that the painters caps where delivered in a simi large yellow envelope smashed like pancakes and then stuffed into the small Condo mail box. Not sure how I’m going to get the wrinkles out and the caps back in shape
