We buy this ALL the time and absolutely love it! Despite the fun, gimmicky name, the flavor is fantastic. It’s become a staple in our kitchen—we can’t imagine cooking without it.

It isn't easy to find good seasonings that don't have a ton of salt. But this is one of them. I use it for cooking, but with two small kids I usually have to cook food to be more bland than I would like. So I will often sprinkle this onto tacos or stews that I make to get the added kick I desire. Just a heads-up: if you toss this onto a skillet, there is a good chance it could be cooked up into the air. Nothing slows down your cooking time like having to stop because of a sneezing fit or because your eyes are watering. Best examples of what to avoid is sprinkling this on something you are sautéing without a lot of fats or liquids to contain the powder. So if you are frying a burger or starting to sauté some zucchini, consider adding this after you remove from the skillet. Or add it along with oil or a liquid so that it doesn't kick up into the air. I've only really experienced this while cooking on a skillet over natural gas flame.

I've been using this stuff for like 10 years. Primarily I put it in my scrambled eggs in the morning. The price is good especially through Amazon.

We all have the flavorful, savory spices that are our favorites - then we have the hot spices we blend for taste. This is not a significantly flavorful mix, but the heat is definitely there. I have both this and the regular one - which has much more flavor than heat (my preference). This is Excellent when mixed with other rubs or spices - which is how I've taken to using it. A person at work recommend this and I found that it's a good addition when you want to add heat, but not enough flavor on its own for my pallet.

I love this seasoning, I have used it for years. The hot blend is some pretty hot stuff. What I really like about it is the fact I can use it not just for Cajun food, but also to season steaks and burgers. It really adds lots of flavor and heat to what ever your cooking. This comes in a 8 Ounce can, which is a perfect size, it should last a long time depending on how much you use it. I would definitely recommend this seasoning, it's great and I think you would love it. If you like your food spicy and hot, then this is the seasoning for you.
