Has anyone used this for kids?

I have not, but it is just cranberry concentrate. You add a tablespoon and fill the glass. It's compact, but would equate to buying a bottle of reg. cranberry in the store. Though, I've found/used it since it is concentrated, less water, and will, within days, find digestive relief. In theory, you can dilute to the child's preference.

What is the serving size?

5ML per serving and the bottle contains approximately 24 servings.

What happens if you open this and do not refrigerate afterwards? It is spoiled or just less potent?

Our product does not contain any chemical additives for storage at room temperature. It is therefore necessary to put it in the refrigerator after opening.
