A hole in the bag
Rice is fantastic, no problem. But people might have to be careful when they pick it up out of the box when delivered. The rice bag had a hole so some grains came out. I appreciate the fact that they put it in a transparent bag. However, as I had no idea that had had a hole, it was a slight disappointment.

Happy with purchase
Always buy this Japanese rice the best so far.

No good.
Although Nishiki isn’t particularly a bad brand, the quality of this rice wasn’t good, dry and not sticky at all. I think the supplier had this for long in their warehouse. They sold it because it’s still before the expiry but the quality was terrible. Also the sealing of the package wasn’t good. The glue was weak and the bag suddenly opened up and scattered the rice on to the floor.

Great rice
Great glutinous rice. Not as good as koshihikari that has the same price, but a good option if I ran out of koshihikari or for some specific types of meals.
