I had a really bad delivery and was diagnosed with preeclampsia AFTER birth . Had a week long hospital stay and came home misreable. On top of everything I was suffering shooting / lighting like feelings to my spine , due to bad sciatica pain on top of pain from the epidural injection site . I put this binder on and instantly the pain went away . It made me feel so much better . I hadn't slept in two nights straight with a 6 day old and was on the verge of feeling like I was dying . I slept in this the first night (not recommended ) but after two sleepless nights I was able to sleep because I wore the binder that night . I have since not had any shooting pains in my spine even when the binder is removed . BUY IT !

Soooo wasn’t using for after pregnancy just someone trying to get my body back together and unlike a regular waist trainer that doesn’t cover completely while this one does was awesome for me. I lost inches within a week, along with working out or wearing it a work it helps your back so much too I must add!! Honestly I noticed a change within that week and realized I need another one I should of originally went a size smaller but this works wonders!! And makes my bootay stick out even more lol 😝 Honestly it really does!!! This would be a great money worths!!!

Fit is accommodating to 14-18, at least the velcro could be stronger when you bend down or make certain movements it comes a loose

I do love this product. It has helped so much with my low back pain that hit hard during pregnancy and stuck around after. The problem is that I purchased the item based on their sizing. I got the plus size and within 2 weeks it was too big. I can no longer fasten the velcro because there is nowhere to attach it. This worked when I was still swollen but now it is useless which sucks. If I got the right size I probably would have been able to use it for longer and with the pelvic belt. I never got to make it there though.

I’m 5’3, 258lbs and just had a C section. I never used one my first pregnancy and man I wish I had! This is so supportive and comfortable especially after having a Csection. I was scared it would hurt, be uncomfortable or just not fit correctly. So worth it! I’ve used waist trainers in the past so I was afraid it would give the same support. This is so much more supportive and it covers everything including my lower belly. Don’t second guess yourself and just order it!

I’m so disappointed when I got this. I expected it to be firm enough to stand you straight and the Velcro to be good but you can tell after 2-3 wears it won’t stick anymore. I hate that I wasted my time waiting for this to arrive and money. People need to be honest with these reviews because you deceive a lot of people not telling the truth. I really needed this belt.

I bought a two different binders and this one was the better one for sure. Three closure strips was way better than 2. The hip belt is awesome! For a tummy tuck, low and tight is best and that hip belt helps get more compression lower. If you sleep in it or get really active, it can ride up, but just a little bit for me. Totally doable.
