I recently started wearing 2 Phonak V90-312T hearing aids . my left ear has a narrow canal and the 'Stock Domes' are too large & painful . These 'Small Domes' are as small as they can be & still fit over the 'speaker' . They are a snug fit in my left ear & the pain is diminishing ( 'sonly been a week !:o) I may consider buying some 'Medium Domes' for my right ear as the 'Small' occasionally work their way out during the day . The seller was fast & fair ... this product is exactly the same style & model number that are listed in the Phonak parts list .

Just what I needed for my small ears. Very comfortable. Not easy to put on the aids a bit fiddly. Would buy again
