It’s scratched :(
Ordered 2 of these solar panels. 1 is perfect, the other has a nasty scratch on it. Poor quality control. It should have never been offered for sale. Look elsewhere for a higher quality panel.

This solar panel works great on my arlo essential cameras . I have 4 of these and they are keeping my cameras charged 100%.

Simple and Affordable Solar Charger for Arlo Essential
I was getting tired of going out and taking one of my Arlo Essential cameras down to charge it (no removable battery) so I found this simple solar panel charger for it. I was surprised that this model actually has a battery of it's own to help keep the camera as close to 100% as possible. I followed the instructions (let it get 4 hrs of sun on it to charge it up before connecting) and installed it. With a few minutes it began charging the battery and the app showed it went from 95% to 100 in just a couple hours. Just perfect.It comes with 12 ft of cable which I left coiled up since I didn't need it, and it also comes with a little gasket of sorts that is intended to help keep water out once you have plied back the OEM sealing flap to connect the charger cable. It looked like the only way to use the gasket was to take off the OEM one and I wasn't about to do that so I will improvise and find something else to use.Looks well-made and sturdy--the solar panel is encased in a metal frame and comes with a typical adjustable mount. It is working fine for now, will update if anything goes wrong. Hope this review was helpful.
