They are loud, can hear over most factory machines. Comfort is 50/50 wouldn’t wear with glasses or fall asleep with them on. One somehow changed language to what I’m not sure, but I don’t know how to change it back. Super easy to clean and discreet. My money well spent!

I'm not going to show the condition of the outer box because that was on Amazon and UPS responsibility. What I will discuss is the condition of the product box, which was terrible. It look like they played soccer with the box. See pictures above. Now, the USB does not fit the charger. See picture. The product is very cheap and poorly made. I can't even charge the ear pieces to know if they work properly. Horrible!!! The audio is terrible and one of the ear pieces doesn't work. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

I have more expensive earbuds that I used for talking and traveling for the noise cancellation etc. But, that not what these are for. They are $18. So reasons to buy: If you just want to listen to music on a budget; at home working out (me) and need comfort and less ear fatigue they are easy on the ear; if you want to give tour expense earbuds a break; but if you wsnt to talk with them nope... they are just good for sound and not falling off when working in a non noisy area. and will not be as They have a sound is decent. Remember they are only $18..

I need something I can have on at work so my phone notifications, timers, calls, etc don't bother others but I still need to be able to hear the customers and have normal conversation. These are pretty close to ideal for that. It's not the best quality for music or high-end use, but it's good enough for practical use. There are a few things I didn't like though....... It uses micro-USB to charge. Everything else I have has moved on to USB-C and I was hoping this would be also, but it's not. A minor issue, but annoying. The left and right ear pieces both need to be charged separately. The box does not include a charger and only has one USB cable (8"). It should have come with two, or maybe one with a Y-junction if such a thing even exists, or a way to link the two and charge them together. So I'm going to have to find a second cable (and tie up two USB ports instead of just one) The "instruction" booklet is phenomenally hard to understand and gave me a very wrong idea about how to set them up. Fortunately they were actually pretty easy to set up, just turn them on (middle buttons on each) and it's pretty automatic from there. The booklet made me think I was going to have to get them to pair with each other and then with the phone but it does it for you. There is some kind of pairing issue though. They frequently lose their connection and I hear "pairing…connected" taking about 3 seconds to re-establish. This happens several times a day (maybe 3 or 4 over an 8 hour shift). Again, it's a minor thing really, but still a thing. They fit me really well. I have a large head (7.5 hat size) and ears that match, so most ear-loops end up being too small or not lining up well for me. But these fit almost perfectly and are fairly hard to see. So that's a good thing. They aren't a good enough fit to sleep in, but I don't need that anyway. I've only had them a couple days now so I can't vouch for durability, but assuming they are ok on that front then I'll be very happy with them overall.

I am in search of the perfect earphone set, well this is not it. They work perfectly but will stay on your ears. First, they do not sit comfortably on the ear, once you do get on your ear it will stay. If you bend, wear glasses, or any physical activity they will fall off. Second, both earphones do not work together it either one or the other. Third, trying to get the voice to speak English for get about it. Overall, this product would work well for you, if you have small ears and are not mobile.

I have purchased this product three times. Mostly because of such comfort in wearing. However, last purchased product is not the same.. First time.. great Battery charge that lasted up to 16 hours. Second time.. battery not even 8 hours and one broke within a month. Thinking I just got a bad lot with the second purchase.. I was really hopeful and after only three months, the second pair was not down to inly 4 hours on each charge. . Not able to find anything else as comfortable on my tiny ear holes…I relented and, very hopeful, made a third purchase. And will not buy again. Battery life down to only 6-8 hours when new.. One is defective on volume level.. can barely hear the audio. Not sure if I can return since I tossed packaging. Disappointed. What happened to a very good product?

It works, but not very loud. Battery only lasts about 2.5 hours. I only wear one at a time but one will not connect to my phone. So I can only wear one until it dies, then wait 30 minutes for it to charge, and then dies in a couple of hours. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Great sound and decent battery life of 10 hours sounds like the person speaking is in the room with you but do NOT LIKE THE CHARGING PORT PLACEMENT,it in the part up against the skin where natural skin oils etc behind the ear and both have to charge on separate lines to separate ports of a charging unit only comes with 1 cord for charging do like it frees up the bulky headphones feel very lightweight. NOT FOR HEARING AID USERS!!!
