Q: Does this house come with the picket fence and kitchen.

There is a small picket fence, but no kitchen. We provided a kitchen seperately.

Q: I wanted to get a cover for this. Where could I purchase one please to keep it in good condition

We just cover it with a big sheet of tarpaulin, tuck it under the edges works fine

The length is 217cm when assembled starting from the picnic table to the very end of the house.

Q: What's inside the house? Is it just empty space?

Yep, just a large empty space which is great as they can fill it with chairs and a little table etc. The outside bench and table which connects to the side is cool though.

Over 2 hours to put together.

Absolutely happy with my purchase for my grandchildren. Great value for my money. You need to have the patience of a Saint as it took over 2 hours to put together. It is very sturdy and looks great in the play area I made. I which they made a cover for the house so when the winter comes I can cover it and keep it looking 💯. As the one they have is too small.

Great playhouse

We had this playhouse for about three years now. No issues. It is well built. Made out of strong material. My kid loves it. It is a bigger version when comparing to others. That is why it costs more. A bit of advice. Buy garden pegs, and fix this playhouse to the ground. On the inside of the playhouse there are holes especially for that. By fixing this playhouse to the ground, it survived severe winds, and storms throughout the years. The colour did not fade either (so far).

Great playhous

My daughter loves this playhouse. Theres nothing to play with on the inside, so I decided to install the benches and table on the inside. I think it looks a lot better and my daughter pretends it's s Cafe. It doesn't say anything about this in the instructions, but I can confirm it works perfectly fine.

Nice and high for older kids

The kids love this...it's solid...all the parts were there....my great grandchildren love playing in it....it's quite tricky to put together and it needs someone who knows what they're doing.....don't rush at it and read the instructions properly

Sturdy and long lasting

Bought for my grand daughter as we have one in our garden the same which we bought second hand 6 years ago and still in fantastic condition. Not a cheap house but well worth the money
