Good quality. Install them to make it easier to tie down you dirt bikes / SXS.
Have ordered 3 sets of these. Have them on all of my dirt bikes, trailers, and side-by-side. Haven't had any fail over the past couple years of use. Inexpensive enough that I've outfitted a few friends bikes with them too.

Great alternative for limited tie down points
Good quality and sturdy. Can attach to nearly any existing bolt on the motorcycle to hook a tie down strap, or tie down cargo.

Works well.
Works surprisingly well for the cost. Zero issues with them so far. I used these on each side of my tail gate, so I could strap something just to the tail gate when it's open. They're large enough to accept my ratchet strap hooks while also being small enough to fit in the gape between the tail gate and bed side, still allowing the tail gate to close. Clearly I'm not strapping down anything that's hundreds of pounds just on my tail gate, but it works well for lighter items and to keep the ends of something longer, that's strapped into the bed of the truck, from bouncing.

They're smaller than they appear
These are nice items, but much smaller than they appear ! More of a size for hanging pictures than for tying down a motorcycle or heavy item, especially if you're towing. Attachment hole is 8cm or 5/16", eyelet hole 18cm x 15cm or 11/16" x 9/16", and just under 1/8" thick.

They are smaller than you think. I used the on a canoe for places to clip rope and for that they are perfect

Too small to use with common 1" tie-down straps
Too small to use with common 1" tie-down straps. My fault for not checking the dimensions more closely before buying. Would be useful for rope or if you don't mind curling your tie down straps to fit through.
