As decongestant medication goes: they're all mostly the same and work just fine, this one included.But a pleasant(?) side effect is that this decongestant keeps me awake ALL NIGHT LONG at work. Normally, I feel like nodding off halfway through my shift (which is from 10pm to 6am). But if I take one when I wake up, it keeps me awake for a long, long, time. In fact, these make me so alert that I'll just take the one pill and that's it for the day - no more - otherwise I'd never fall asleep when it's time for me to go to bed.

Works just as good as Sudafed for a lot less money. It’s the only thing that works to decongest my sinuses when I get a cold or really bad allergies.

Great value for nasal decongestant. Ordering a bottle is much more economical than buying boxes at the big name stores.

These work just okay. The decongestant that I have to purchase from the pharmacy (even though you don't need an Rx) works much better.

This works the same way as the brand medicine but at a lower cost and with way more pills! In this economy and day in age of sickness, this is a MUST for the average Jane's or Joe's medicine cabinet.
