Yes the rocks are real. It's a nice piece of yard art. Clear coat it to prevent it from rusting.

Q: Would I be able to force another 5” into the ground ?

I don’t know how you would do that. There is a horizontal brace between the two prongs which would impede the additional 5”.

Q: What diameter is the bottom of supporting pole? I have a small 5" diameter dead / vertical tree limb, I'd like to drill into it and insert pole.

The diameter of the pole is exactly 1/2" Thanks! :)
