It’s a great tool to get those hard to reach spots.

First, the Jacknobber is made of hardened, smooth clear plastic (may be a diff material) and it is made in the USA. It has four pressure points of different sizes, I use the bigger ones to apply pressure to areas on my neck and shoulder and instantly feel it working on trigger points. You can massage or simply apply pressure to your trigger points to relieve some of your pain. I suggest holding the jacknobber down for about 20 seconds on trigger points or slowly slide up and down on larger areas you are working on. My wife has used it on me and I on her. We both have felt a huge difference compared to other products we've used. I like the fact that it is so smooth, it slides on your skin with ease, without the need to use lotion or balms. You can still use some, but I don't think you'll need to. The Jacknobber is compact, light and very strong. I can't really see it snapping off. A great, well made product. Give it a try, but be patient and do it right. You might need more than just a few sessions/tries. This product is not intented to cure or resolve medical issues you maybe having. I have pain due to an industrial accident, so the Jacknobber only helps me get temporary relief, but as short as it maybe, this little tool does help me work on my trigger points. Artikel wie beschrieben, flott geliefert. Künftig werde ich den Jacknobber immer dabei haben. Besonders wenn ich verreise. Sehr Empfehlenswert zur Massage von Triggerpunkten und Faszien.
