Will it work to connect cords together? I need to cover 35'.

I think this is a seller's question but I doubt it. Like any cord, when you add distance, you will have resistance building up. Working or not will depend on your plan to use it. If you just need power or simple function like mouse, I think you may be okay. If you want to deal with harddisk, I won't trust that approach even if the connected-together cables appear to work at first.

Can i use this cable for power? I need to plug it into an AC adapter so i can power a strip of led lights, would this work or is it only for hardware

Yes , you can use this cable for power. But please noted that if you use this cable to charge your phone, it will charge bit slowly.

Is the female end compatible with male end of logi webcam to work as usb extension cord?
