As I said in the title, good recipes and well laid out. Nice photos. A very extensive range of far Eastern recipes.

The only cook book I’ve actually purchased in many years. I usually get recipes online. A friend thought I would enjoy this and loaned me theirs and I made so many notations of recipes I wanted to try that I had to just buy my own copy.I live in a small town with absolutely no diversity in food options and love to cook. This book is filled with photos, info, and has recipes I would actually make.

Le livre est en anglais mais reste très compréhensible. Que dire. Pratique car pas encombrant. Très complet (viandes poissons salades boissons etc). Des photos qui vous feront saliver (j'ai dû ravaler ma salive à chaque page même pour le poisson ou fruits de mer que je n'aime pas lol). Une cuisine qui vous fera voyager et surtout découvrir de nouvelles saveurs. Une BIBLE pour tous ceux qui apprécient la cuisine indonésienne dans le sens large. Je ne sais si une traduction a été faite. Je l'espère car c'est juste un indispensable de la bibliothèque.

what a different, good cook book. recipes and ideas from a vast are of the far east and not china, thank god!!!! very different food from malaysian and the philipines which is nice for a change as little is printed regarding their cuisine.
